1st Shift Operations Supervisor-Paint & Assembly

Lead the production staff in the Powder Coating department, assign daily work goals, implement policies and procedures, and recommend ideas for improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• 6-7 years of related production leadership experience
• Ability to operate overhead cranes, tape measure, basic hand tools and air tools
• Effectively read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and oral communication
