Job Description
Weâre looking for a handsâon Maintenance Supervisor who enjoys leading from the floor while keeping critical equipment, systems, and facilities running safely and reliably.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 3â5 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Experience supporting metal fabrication equipment and processes
- Ability to read equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (100 lbs. with assistance)
