Branch Manager I

The Branch Manager I opportunity will manage the functions of a full service branch, including maintaining existing and developing new customer relationships, achieving sales performance objectives, and supervising branch staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years in a management capacity required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish or additional language a plus
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment
• Ability to complete ongoing NMLS training and ensure SAFE Act compliance is required
• Strong sales and service skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication, problem solving, and coaching skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable
