Job Description
The Sales & Service Representative promotes and sells Bank products, provides financial solutions to customers, and represents the Bank in a professional manner. This role offers professional development opportunities into Retail Branch Management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum one (1) year customer service or related working experience required
- Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Spanish or additional language a plus
- Ability to complete ongoing NMLS training and ensure SAFE Act compliance is required
