The Universal Banker will provide a proactive, consultative style of banking that builds customer relationships based on trust and the ability to identity financial needs and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- Proactively greet customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Keep current and knowledgeable of all Bank’s products and services
- Maintain customer information
- Contact customers to present pre-approved offers
- Make recommendations on services/products
- Communicate clearly and accurately to customer of financial products/services
- Identify and refer customers to another Bank associate or department
- Participate in daily operations of the Branch
- Comply with all department and company policies
- Work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer situations
- Contribute to the responsibility of meeting monthly branch and/or individual scorecard goals
- Determine when appropriate to make policy exceptions
- May be responsible for branch opening/closing procedures
- Contribute to the fulfillment of the Bank’s objectives and goals
