The Universal Banker provides a proactive, consultative style of banking that builds customer relationships based on trust and the ability to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Proactively greet customers and perform lobby management activities
• Provide excellent customer service and process branch-related transactions
• Keep current with Bank's products and services and communicate with new and existing clients
• Proactively contact customers to present pre-approved offers for financial products/services
• Maintain customer information and schedule customer meetings
• Communicate clearly and accurately to customers of financial products/services
• Participate in daily operations of the Branch and comply with department and company policies
• Work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer situations
