This position works in an ESE K-5th grade classroom supporting classes of approximately 9 students with more intense behavior needs with a 1:3 ratio of staff/student. The primary role of the paraprofessional is to collaborate closely with the teacher and implement tailored strategies to support students achieving high levels academically, socially, and emotionally.
