Job Description
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Competency Evaluated Nursing Assistant (CENA) provides care for residents at Trinity Community at Beavercreek, including physical and emotional support, to enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, administering care, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, understand and speak the English language
- Ability to use computer for charting purposes
- Must be dependable and compassionate to residents
