Maintenance-Lyons Place II

The Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining all areas of the property and its surroundings in a professional manner and in good working order, completing work orders as requested by residents, troubleshooting appliances, and coordinating with office staff to prepare units for new residents.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• One or more years of related experience
• Technical training or maintenance certifications helpful
• Valid driver's license required if assigned to travel between multiple locations
