The Non-State Tested Nursing Assistant (NSTNA) is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of the nursing department in accordance with regulatory guidelines, including assisting with resident care, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting changes in residents' condition.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- Must have completed Nurse Aide Training
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff
- Ability to read, write, understand and speak the English language
