Resident Care Assistant

The Resident Care Assistant is responsible for enhancing the quality of services provided for residents, accompanying residents to external appointments, comforting residents, and supervising residents, among other duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
• No prior experience necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak the English language
