Job Description
The Donor Relations Coordinator is a motivated and organized professional responsible for stewarding prospective and current donors. Serving as part of the Fund Development Team and reporting to the Assistant Director of Development, this position will help bolster awareness, maintain data integrity, properly acknowledge donors, and build overall support for UCC’s programs and mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Community Development, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, mail merge)
- Experience with Salesforce or other donor database systems (preferred)
