Job Description
Residential Assistant Manager assists the residential manager in administering ongoing operations and day-to-day functions. Responsibilities include scheduling, employee hours, payroll, client orientation, chore list audits, transportation coordination, and maintenance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, or related field
- Relevant experience in the field of substance abuse treatment
- Professional experience with supervision
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Valid WI driver's license and insured vehicle
