Job Description
The Endo Manager, RN is responsible for the routine functioning of the Endoscopy Center, providing individualized and specialized nursing care to patients, and collaborating with the Director of Endoscopy to achieve patient outcomes. The RN Manager must be self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision, assessing the need for nursing care and determining the needs of staff. They must also demonstrate knowledge of policies and procedures, and provide direction and consultation to nursing staff.
Requirements
- State Licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in surgical services and/or GI endoscopy
- 2 years management experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Good clinical assessment skills
- Flexibility
- Basic computer skills
