Job Description
Filter Tech Systems is seeking a Process Design Engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing, optimizing, and managing water and wastewater treatment systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in municipal or industrial water treatment processes and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in water or wastewater treatment process engineering
- Strong knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting requirements
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and instrumentation controls
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD / Inventor, Excel, process simulation software)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
