Sales Engineer Development Associate (Farm Team)

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is seeking recent engineering graduates for the Sales Engineer Development Program. This program is designed to accelerate the ramp time to sales productivity and profitability by combining structured sales performance training, technical cross-training, and real-world customer exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, industrial, or related)
• Previous internship, co-op, or project experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel; CRM exposure is a plus
• Have a clear interest in sales, customer interaction, and business development
• Enjoy building relationships and solving customer problems
• You are comfortable stepping outside traditional engineering roles
• Thrive in dynamic, people-driven environments
• Are open to travel and working across multiple markets
