Chemical Operator

United Initiators is looking for motivated individuals to join our Elyria Operations team as Chemical Operators. The role involves supporting manufacturing, blending, and packaging operations while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays, overtime)
• Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and occasionally lift up to 110 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks
• Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE
• Basic math skills
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
• Ability to distinguish color
• Must meet fit-to-work and pass employment physical
