The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure the successful delivery of cleanroom projects that meet stringent specifications for air quality, temperature, humidity, and particulate control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of work experience related to Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on cleanroom construction.
- Strong understanding of process exhaust duct sizing & layout, mechanism of scrubber for waste air treatment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to use engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Primavera, or others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail, and highly organized.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and employees.
- Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a construction site environment (trailer office).
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Taiwanese is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
