United Land Services is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our lawn and ornamental treatments, responsible for scheduling and directing resources to provide quality, cost-effective services to our clients.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Account Manager to understand client needs and expectations
• Ensure job site quality and safety meet client and CPCO standards
• Inspect properties and prepare action plans
• Support crews with hands-on work when needed
• Enforce safety protocols and operational policies
• Monitor safety performance and maintain a focus on continuous improvement
