The Director, Agreements & Accountability Partnership serves as the Managing Director's principal deputy and the operational lead. The Director will manage the day-to-day operations of the AAP team, including agreement review, staff supervision, system improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Guide the day-to-day processes surrounding review of contracts and agreements for the organization
- Provide technical backing around the negotiation of agreements to minimize organizational risk and ensure compliance
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with internal peers to provide technical assistance and guidance on issues pertaining to organizational agreements
- Contribute to and/or lead on the execution of the accountability-partnership triangle
- Manage a library of templates for all contracts and agreements used by the organization
- Manage innovations for the AAP team, by identifying, proposing and implementing new technologies, templates, and process improvements
