Job Description
United Rentals is seeking a Dispatcher to organize the daily dispatch of equipment for a Trench Safety branch in a safe and timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency of UR owned assets and outside resources, while providing excellent service to both external and internal customers.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Technical knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations
- Diligent attention to safety
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Analytical and processes oriented
- Planner, preparer, problem solver, decision maker
