Job Description
United Rentals is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing rental fleet equipment, including containers, offices, and trailers. They will also be required to perform tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing flooring, as well as checking tire pressure and lug nuts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Active applicable state class driver’s license
- Related maintenance experience a plus
- Basic verbal and written skills
- Construction knowledge and background
- Teamwork and customer service skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to utilize required information technology
- Working knowledge of heavy equipment, tools, and manufacturers’ warranty process
