Job Description
As a Service Manager at a United Rentals Mobile Storage branch, you'll lead a team of Service Technicians, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction by maintaining and repairing equipment.
Requirements
- Motivate, coach and train technicians
- Staff location adequately
- Responsible for R&M, P&L and associated costs/budget
- Lead, plan, measure and continuous improvement of all service and maintenance performance metrics
- Maintain knowledge of current DOT Requirements
- Evaluate performance and promotability of team members
- Promote a culture of safety and discipline
