Social Studies Teacher, Middle School (2026-27)

United Schools is seeking a Social Studies Teacher to support the academic and social-emotional growth of students in a middle school setting. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, growth-minded, and committed to using data-driven instructional practices to improve student outcomes.

Requirements

• Holds a B.A./B.S. degree and has the ability to secure the appropriate teaching license.
• Prior experience working in urban schools and/or communities is preferred.
• Knowledge and skills in Teach Like a Champion 3.0 and Google products are required.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., with some job-related tasks outside of these hours.
