Retail-Ontario - Area Manager - On

This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating and implementing the customer scope of work within a designated area, to provide exceptional Janitorial Services.

Requirements

• Available to address customer and subcontractor needs and concerns in a timely manner
• Ability to work flexible shifts on a rotation basis including evenings and nights
• Willing to travel frequently within the designated territory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced & high stress environment and solve problems effectively
• Valid driver’s licence and good driving record
• Business acumen, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening skills, time management, leadership skills, autonomy, competent with technology
• Managing budgeting & costing within janitorial operational environments
• Knowledge of floor-care and cleaning procedures is an asset
• Ability to motivate a mobile team of sub-contractors
