WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE job at USCS, responsible for contributing to facility operations, product handling, and safety standards. Assists in unloading and loading trailers, identifying and recovering damaged product, and performing physical inventories.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a temperature range from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise levels
• Effective communication, vision, and hearing are essential for safety and productivity
• Strong arithmetic and reading skills
• Ability to follow verbal instructions, written instructions, and company policies
• Self-starter, able to work independently and coordinate with others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing stress and meeting productivity guidelines
