Job Description
USCS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to provide leadership and coordinate workflow in the warehouse, prioritizing safety, cost control, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of College or 2-3 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience
- Warehouse Supervision and operations, preferably in a food or temperature-controlled environment
- Radio frequency and other warehouse computer applications including MS Office Suite
- Detail and customer service oriented, planning, organizing, professional written and oral communication, problem solving, decision making, excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to lead and influence others, handle multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced team environment
