Job Description
U.S. Soccer is looking for a Case Administrator, Safeguarding to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of purpose and commitment to the work, emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience. The Case Administrator will play a vital role in addressing complex and often emotionally challenging issues related to safeguarding and abuse reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years of experience with case management
- Experience with safeguarding preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with empathy and emotional intelligence
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with tact and thoughtful response
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
