U.S. Soccer is seeking a dynamic servant leader to join our team as the Director of Talent Identification for Women’s Youth National Teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for soccer, expertise in talent identification and development, and a commitment to building a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- U.S. Soccer A License (or UEFA A License)
- Minimum 5 years applied experience in Talent Identification
- Expert knowledge and understanding of current talent identification and development—theory, systems and practice
- Knowledge of the domestic soccer landscape and player pathways
