Job Description
The Manager, Performance Science (Youth National Teams) will oversee the delivery of integrated sport science practices for the YNT talent development pathway. The role involves managing and developing staff, building relationships with clubs and international partners, and contributing to the development of a world-class performance support system.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Sport & Exercise Science or a related field
- Certified Performance and Sport Scientist (CPSS) or international equivalent certification
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or international equivalent certification
- Minimum of 5-7 years of applied experience working with elite athletes, preferably in female soccer
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing comprehensive projects and performance staff members
