Veterinary Student Externship- Bay State Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services

United Veterinary Care offers veterinary students the opportunity to participate in an externship program at one of their partner hospitals, including Bay State Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Services in Swansea, MA. This hands-on clinical experience is designed for veterinary students in their clinical years and allows them to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.

Requirements

• Must be a current veterinary student at an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
• Priority scheduling given to students in their clinical years on official externship blocks for school credit
• Must provide proof of professional liability insurance
