Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic Reconstruction Project Manager who thrives under pressure, consistently delivers results, and communicates effectively with clients and internal teams alike.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience with commercial and/or residential properties impacted by water, fire, or mold
- Proficiency with Xactimate
- Symbility experience preferred but not required
- Strong Excel and general computer skills; ability to quickly learn new software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely in accordance with company safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
- IICRC certifications a plus but not required
