Job Description
The Manager of the Processing team will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more Processing teams, overseeing scheduling, performance, and quality, and implementing process and technology improvements.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role or a related field
- Experience in managing a team, preferably in a customer-facing or client-facing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
- Experience with training and development of team members
- Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Knowledge of litigation applications and market trends
