Job Description
The Outside Counsel AI Solution Manager is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of OCM AI-enabled delivery for clients, driving adoption of transparent and efficient billing strategies, and ensuring consistency and effective AI delivery.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert in legal operations, outside counsel management, spend efficiency and invoice review
- Knowledge and experience of e-billing tools and financial systems
- Experience using AI tools and technologies, AI agents and AI prompts
- Ability to explain complex technical and AI related information to others
- Understanding of data compliance laws (e.g. GDPR, EU AI Act)
