Project Controls Manager (Onshore Projects)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee all aspects of project controls for our EPC oil & gas client's onshore projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, and at least 15+ years of experience in project controls. Strong knowledge of project controls principles, processes, and tools is required, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Develop and implement project controls strategies and plans for onshore projects
• Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support to project teams
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Manage project cost tracking and reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost trend analysis
• Lead project risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks
• Oversee project change management process, including review and approval of change requests
• Provide regular project controls reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities
• Mentor and train project controls team members, and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards
• Continuously improve project controls processes and procedures to enhance project performance and efficiency
