Job Description
As a Financial Aid Administrator at Unitek Learning, you will guide students through the financial aid process, administer student financial aid, and maintain positive cash flow. You will also be responsible for counseling students and parents, providing estimates and packaging information, and auditing reports to ensure work integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of Financial Aid experience
- Campus VUE experience preferred
- Computer knowledge is recommended, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task
