Job Description
Are you seeking a fulfilling leadership role in aged care in a dynamic and growing environment? As Area Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for service delivery across the ACT region and lead a diverse team.
Requirements
- Bachelor qualification in a relevant field such as health discipline, business field or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Lead the delivery of high quality, sustainable Uniting home and community care services.
- Work closely with the HACC team to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, tactical plans and action steps.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Willingness and ability to travel between Uniting community sites and client locations.
