Client Systems Management Lead

Uniting seeks an experienced Client Systems Management Lead to oversee the end-to-end management of critical client management systems across multiple portfolios, driving system performance, governance, and continuous improvement in a complex, purpose-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, business technology or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience working with client management systems and complex system environments
• Proven ability to lead and develop small teams, driving performance and accountability
• Strong experience in data governance, reporting and system integrity
• Experience delivering end-to-end system enhancements, upgrades and business solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
