Office & Finance Manager responsible for providing efficient administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service, blending front-of-house responsibilities with end-to-end financial management.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience using accounting software (MYOB preferred)
- Strong bookkeeping and financial administration skills
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A valid Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Alignment with Uniting’s values
- Formal qualifications in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Experience processing payroll
- Experience in early learning or community services
