Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Height Safety Lead Engineer to install, test, and maintain roof access safety systems. You will work with top-tier equipment like Latchways and Capital Safety Systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fall protection and working at heights.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with risk management experience.
- Skilled in installing roof access safety systems such as Latchways, Capital Safety systems, abseil anchors, davit systems, handrails, and eyebolts.
- Team player with a flexible, dynamic approach.
- Full valid driving license essential.
- Experience in team supervision or management with a track record of providing training and coaching.
- Engineering/installation background with proficiency in using small hand tools and battery-operated tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledgeable in work at height PPE and associated equipment.
