Job Description
Responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with other professional disciplines, and applying knowledge of patient's age, cultural diversity, spiritual and emotional needs into patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current licensure in the State of Arkansas
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Ability to practice nursing as described by the definition: 'The diagnosis and treatment of human responses to actual or potential health alterations'
- Utilization of the nursing process in the provision of nursing care
- Serving as a resource nurse when oriented and so directed
