Job Description
Responsible for maintaining standards of patient care in accordance with hospital regulations, policies and procedures as established for physical therapy. Confers with the medical staff regarding policies and procedures pertaining to the care of their patients in this area. Supervises P.T.A.’s and/or therapy aides and technicians.
Requirements
- Minimum B.S. degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the State of Arkansas
- One to three months on-the-job training to learn department procedures
