Job Description
Responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with other disciplines, and contributing to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current licensure in the State of Arkansas
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Individualized orientation period of no less than 2 weeks and generally no greater than 3 months
- Ability to practice nursing as described by the definition
- Utilize the nursing process in the provision of nursing care
- Maintains good physical and emotional well-being
