Recruiting Specialist - Recruitment & Employee Relations

The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for recruiting and championing equity and inclusion, collaborating with hiring departments to implement customized recruiting plans, and analyzing the recruitment process performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, communication, business or related field
• Three years of demonstrated success in recruitment, sales, marketing or outreach experience
• Valid State Driver's License
