Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Learning & Development Specialist to join our Learning Programs team and support Unity's cultural transformation. You will design, create, and execute learning programs, including leadership development, team effectiveness, and interpersonal skills, and lead engaging workshops and learning sessions for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in L&D
- Deep expertise in instructional design or organizational development
- Highly proficient in design tools and learning platforms
- Proven experience building end-to-end learning programs in a corporate setting
