Principal Product Manager – Robotics & Industry

Unity is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead its Robotics and Industrial strategy, shaping how developers and engineers build, train, and manage the next generation of autonomous systems. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap for this vertical, driving results across multiple groups and leveraging a data-oriented mindset to ensure measurable value to customers.

Requirements

• Robotics & Industrial Domain Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the robotics landscape, including the integration of hardware/software and common industry standards (ROS/ROS2)
• Autonomous Execution: A proven track record of working independently to drive complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives to completion in a matrixed environment
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform product strategy and drive organizational alignment
• Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts, such as simulation, autonomous navigation, or sensor fusion to both engineers and executives
• Commercial Awareness: Experience working alongside Sales or BD teams to support growth and navigate the fundamentals of strategic technology partnerships
