We are seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting the Workday Performance (Talent) and Benefits modules to join our People Technology team. In this role, you will be a key owner of Workday configuration, optimization, and ongoing support, with a strong focus on enabling scalable, global talent and benefits processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting the Workday Performance (Talent) and Benefits modules
- Strong configuration experience in Core HCM, including hands-on experience with complex Workday reporting, including advanced custom reports, dashboards and creation of calculated fields
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR and Total Rewards processes, including global considerations
- Proven experience participating in or supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or module rollouts
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable system solutions
