We are seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience configuring the Workday Compensation and Payroll modules to join our People Technology team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Deep understanding of end-to-end compensation, payroll, HR, and Total Rewards processes
- Proven experience leading or heavily influencing Workday implementations, enhancements, and module rollouts
- Ability to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable system solutions
