Staff Technical Product Manager, Internal AI Applications

We're looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead the next phase of our set of internal AI solutions and applications to impact the business and transform the way we work at Unity. This role will involve developing and executing the roadmap of internal AI solutions, capabilities and infrastructure, and working with cross-functional leaders to identify outcomes and measurable metrics to quantify the value of our AI investments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years leading technical or ML-driven products
• Technically proficient: deep understanding of how AI and LLM-powered technology works
• Ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence teams, and mediate across various partners
