A Customer Service Specialist role with Univar Solutions, reporting to the Customer Service Department, handling activities including order taking, processing orders, providing a single point of contact, coordinating order fulfillment, and problem resolution.
Requirements
- University degree or College diploma with specialized training in a related field (i.e. chemistry, sales, or customer service)
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational aptitude, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player who is customer-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
